Beskrivning

Better You’s mixolja Thieves innehåller en blandning av ekologiska eteriska oljor som har använts i århundraden för att främja hälsa och välmående. Kombinationen av citron, kryddnejlika, kanel, eukalyptus och rosmarin är mer än bara en behaglig doft; den ger oss en naturlig och kraftfull balans i vardagen. Den uppfriskande citrusen och de kryddiga noterna är perfekta både för att skapa lugn och för att fräscha upp hemmet.

De eteriska oljorna i denna blandning har en spännande historia som sträcker sig långt tillbaka i tiden och användes under perioden när pesten härjade i Europa. En berättelse säger att fyra tjuvar med kunskap om medicinalväxter använde en liknande blandning för att skydda sig mot sjukdom när de plundrade hem där sjuka och döda fanns. Otroligt nog blev tjuvarna själva inte sjuka och deras historia har spritt sig över hela världen.

Användning:

Använd oljeblandningen i en diffuser, aromalampa eller en skål med varmt vatten för att fylla rummet med doften, eller blanda den med en vegetabilisk olja och smörj in kroppen, t.ex. bröstkorgen, fotsulor eller mage (max. 2% / max. 5 droppar eterisk olja med 1 msk olja).

Skapa ett eget doftsalt genom att använda en blandburk och droppa 5-10 droppar i 3 msk epsomsalt. Ta några djupa andetag och andas in doften från saltet. Det är lätt att ta med sig och kan användas på platser där det inte passar att sprida doften i rummet.

OBS! Eteriska oljor är mycket koncentrerade och skall alltid blandas ut innan de kommer i direkt kontakt med huden.
