Denna lilla gröna oliv ger oljan en fruktig smak med varma smöraromer och en nyans av pepprighet. Terra Cretas olivolja kallpressas samma dag som oliverna plockas, vilket ger oljan en låg syrahalt och fint näringsinnehåll. Olivoljan passar all matlagning, inklusive stekning och fritering. Fantastisk till nybakat bröd eller att ringla över sallader, röror och marinader.

Om Terra Creta

Terra Creta kommer från den grekiska ön Kreta där de tillverkar en av världens bästa extra jungfruolivoljor. I tävlingar världen över vinner deras olivolja toppriser år efter år för sin goda smak och höga kvalitet. Olivoljan tillverkas av Koroneikioliver som är rika på vitaminer, antioxidanter och andra näringsämnen. De olivlundar som växer på de bergiga sluttningarna i västra Kreta hanteras med traditionella metoder och oliverna skördas för hand. Oliverna extraheras varsamt i Terra Cretas moderna anläggning vid låg temperatur. Varje flaska är dessutom spårbar så du kan se var och när oliverna odlats.
